1. All items in this blogshop are READY STOCK. 

2. Please allow approximately 3days for any garments purchased to arrive. We will deliver the goods within 24 hours after FULL PAYMENT.
(Dear CHERRIES, please be patience. We know the excitement and anxiousness you get while waiting for you orders might drive you up the wall, BUT we ensure you, we are equally excited too =P so we'll do our best to send your item ASAP)

3. Do note that all the images are from the supplier. BUT due to the monitor colour setting in each different computer, real item colour may slightly different from picture.

4.  All clothes are FREE SIZE unless stated (free size fits XS to M). The measurement from supplier are provided, please refer to it. (Remember to get a measuring tape & measure yourself before deciding the size you want.)

5. We are not responsible for any material problem, slight difference of colour, size problem, fabric problem, small stain, sewing problem or any minor problem on goods which is not obvious.

6. Prices are fixed. Negotiation will not be entertained.

7. Price quoted does not include postage.FULL REFUND will be made should there be any out-of-stock.

8. FULL PAYMENT must be made to secure your order. The order will be cancelled if payments are not made within 3 DAYS after confirmation of order.

9. Goods sold are not refundable/exchangeable.

10. All item will be shipped through Pos Laju.

11. Self pick-up are only available in Penang Island. (McD Greenlane or Queensbay Mall)
